PSBA-Manila to attend the High-Level Side Event at the UN General Assembly

September 24, 2018 – The Philippine School of Business Administration-Manila (PSBA-Manila) represented  by Dr. Tabassam Raza, Graduate School of Business (GSB) Associate Dean and Disaster Risk Management (DRM)-Unit Director will be attending the High-Level Side Event at the UN General Assembly using the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) to guide innovative policies to eradicate poverty in all its dimensions on September 25, 2018 at the Conference Room 2, UN Headquarters.

The objectives of the event are to:

• Present the different ways in which governments have used the MPI to implement actions that have made an impact on the reduction of poverty.
• Discussion on how countries can replicate the initiatives of neighboring countries that have used the MPI as a tool to generate policies to eradicate poverty.
• Exchange ideas and good practices, incentivizing cooperation among the countries.
