Important Guidelines
- Only incoming college freshmen for School Year 2027–2028 are eligible to apply for the scholarship program.
- The scholarship grant may vary depending on the applicant’s chosen program, scholarship examination results, and academic qualifications.
- Approved scholars must enroll in all prescribed subjects for the full academic term.
- The scholarship may be retained in succeeding terms, provided that the scholar complies with all applicable retention requirements.

Evaluation and Enrollment Requirements
Prepare the applicable documents for evaluation and complete the remaining records upon enrollment.

- Photocopy of the Certified True Copy of Grades for evaluation
- Accomplished Student Information Form
Enrollment Requirements
For completion of your official enrollment records.
- Certificate of Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)
- Official Transcript of Records, to be submitted once officially enrolled
- Colored photocopy of PSA-issued Birth Certificate
- Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two (2) pieces of 2" × 2" ID pictures
Scholarships and Discounts
Your Future Is Possible at PSBA. Explore tuition support for incoming college freshmen, transferees, siblings of current students, members of PSBA alumni families, and PSBA graduates pursuing advanced studies.
Early Bird Registration Promo
Reserve in any college program at any PSBA campus on or before December 31, 2026. The discount applies to tuition fees during the first semester of SY 2027–2028 only.
Supporting document: Early Bird Reservation Voucher.
PSBA Scholarship Exam (PSBASE)
Open to Senior High School graduates entering college as freshmen. Applicants must take the PSBA Scholarship Examination and submit the required documents.
Retention: Maintain a semester GWA of 2.25 or better and comply with academic, enrollment, financial, and conduct requirements.
Academic Excellence Scholarship
For incoming freshmen graduating with High Honors (95–97 average) or Highest Honors (98–100 average). Applicants must pass the scholarship examination and interview and provide proof of distinction.
Retention: A grade of 1.75 or better in every course, plus all other scholarship conditions.
Presidential Scholarship
For applicants ranked among the top 10 students of a graduating batch from a school with at least 300 Grade 12 students. Applicants must pass the examination and interview.
Retention: A grade of 1.25 or better in every course. Contact Admissions to confirm the complete coverage of the full discount.
Sibling Discount
For freshmen and transferees with at least one sibling currently enrolled at PSBA. Submit proof of relationship, the enrolled sibling’s grades, and the scholarship application form.
If one sibling already receives a scholarship higher than 15%, the higher discount applies. Both recipients must maintain passing grades.
PSBA Legacy Grant
For freshmen and transferees whose parent, sibling, aunt, or uncle graduated from PSBA. Submit proof of the relative’s PSBA education, supporting birth certificates, and the scholarship application form.
Retention: Passing grades in all subjects and compliance with all grant conditions.
Abot Pangarap Scholarship
Available to the first 15 enrollees in Bachelor of Special Needs Education and the first 15 enrollees in Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Open to incoming freshmen only.
Retention: A grade of 2.25 or better in every course and compliance with all scholarship conditions.
Alumni Discount for Graduate School
Available to graduates of any PSBA program from any campus who pursue graduate studies at PSBA. Submit academic records, the application form, one 2" × 2" picture, and a diploma copy if available.
Retention: Passing grades, no failing grade or AWOL during the previous term, the prescribed full load, and full settlement of school financial obligations.
