June 06, 2020 – The School launches the online Pre-Enrollment Survey for the first semester of Academic Year 2020-2021.  It can be accessed through our website or through this survey link:

PRE-ENROLLMENT SURVEY

The online form is designed to collect information involved in pre-registration and provide inputs for the scheduling of classes. It consists of the following parts:

Part 1 – Student Status

Part 2 – Student Information

Part 3 – Parent/Guardian Information

Part 4 – Course Curriculum per Program

Part 5 – Plan for Payment of School Fees

In Part 4, the list of subjects in each course curriculum per program are embedded in the survey for easy reference of Undergraduate Program students.

I highly encourage you to accomplish the online form by June 19, 2020.

We shall soon update you on our enrollment schedule and new procedures.  Other pertinent information shall be communicated as necessary.  Make it a habit to visit our website http://psba.edu/.
