June 06, 2020 – The School launches the online Pre-Enrollment Survey for the first semester of Academic Year 2020-2021.\u00a0 It can be accessed through our website or through this survey link:<\/p>\n
The online form is designed to collect information involved in pre-registration and provide inputs for the scheduling of classes. It consists of the following parts:<\/p>\n
Part 1 – Student Status<\/p>\n
Part 2 – Student Information<\/p>\n
Part 3 – Parent\/Guardian Information<\/p>\n
Part 4 – Course Curriculum per Program<\/p>\n
Part 5 – Plan for Payment of School Fees<\/p>\n
In Part 4, the list of subjects in each course curriculum per program are embedded in the survey for easy reference of Undergraduate Program students.<\/p>\n
