Mayor Josefina &#8220;Joy&#8221; Belmonte-Alimurung of Quezon City was invited as Key Note speaker to present &#8220;Working of Local Government related Determinants of Success in the Quezon City: Mentoring the youth towards Women Empowerment&#8221;. In addition, the Hon.
