\nA:<\/strong> The School has checked with our bank branch of account with Security Bank, and they
\nadvised that Security Bank only accepts what we had already made available as payment
\noptions, i.e. online bank to bank fund transfer or through GCash. They did not advise to
\naccept payment through money remittance.<\/p>\n

\nA:<\/strong> The release of E-grades is on June 30. If you want for your grades to be emailed to
\nyou by that date, then payment has to be made on or before June 30. Otherwise, it can
\nbe any time before enrollment for AY2020-2021, as you cannot be enrolled unless you are
\ncleared of your accountabilities.<\/p>\n

\nA:<\/strong> Yes, an Official Receipt will be issued once the payment has been validated against
\nthe School\u2019s bank statements. A scanned copy of the OR will be sent through email.<\/p>\n
\nRebate\/Refund<\/span><\/h4>\n
\nA:<\/strong> There will be no tuition fee refund. Tuition fees go to the salaries and benefits of
\nemployees and Faculty members. Even during community quarantine, the academic staff
\nand support staff continue to work to ensure the delivery of School services. However, in
\nconsideration of the adverse economic impact brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic,
\nthe School implements the following:<\/p>\n\n
\nrebate or refund to Undergraduate Program students.
\n– Rebate to be applied to existing financial obligations or to School Fees for
\nthe first semester of AY 2020-2021.
\n– Refund for graduating students (but if they still have financial obligations
\nwith the School, the amount will be offset against their balance).<\/li>\n
\nstudents\u2019 financial obligations through submission of Promissory Note (PN). The
\nPN will be submitted through email (psbamanilahr@gmail.com), addressed to the
\nOffice of the President. The PN must be duly signed by your parent or guardian.
\nProof of identification (scanned copy of student ID and government ID of the
\nparent\/guardian) must be attached to the PN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\nAcademic Year 2020-2021<\/h4>\n
\nA:<\/strong> The enrollment schedule will be communicated as soon as the School\u2019s Academic
\nCalendar has been approved by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Tentative
\nfirst day of regular classes is on August 24, 2020. In the meantime, pre-enrollment is
\nongoing, so students are directed to accomplish the online Pre-Enrollment Survey. Survey

\nA:<\/strong> CHED will release its final guidelines on flexible learning first week of July. Thereafter,
\nthe School will submit its Learning Continuity Plan including curricular modifications
\nindicating mode of student interaction, delivery and tools. It will be premature for the
\nSchool to share more details at this time. We are excited to communicate all the details
\nwith students, and we will do so as soon as we receive CHED\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n
\nA:<\/strong> The schedule of School fees will be communicated when we receive the approval from
\nCHED of our School\u2019s Learning Continuity Plan.<\/p>\n
\nRequest for Documents<\/span><\/h4>\n

\nA:<\/strong> Although entry in the School premises for visitors is limited during General Community
\nQuarantine (GCQ), the Registrar will accommodate walk-in and those with appointments.
\nThey will observe the health and safety protocols of the School. Please email
\npsbamanila.registrar@gmail.com<\/a> to check on the availability of requested documents.<\/p>\n
\nA:<\/strong> The Registrar will launch an E-Request for School Documents by June 25, which will
\ninclude electronic forms, online payment options and options for delivery of requested
